Apartments in New Haven for Rent

"AVOID! I arrived on Sep 25 for a 2-night stay on a cold and rainy night. The entry code did not work and it took 2 hours to get the right one. Within 30 minutes, one curtain rod collapsed and the alarm began beeping every minute to indicate a low battery. After communicating repeatedly with the host, she said she could not fix anything until the following day. Due to the fire alarm chirping every minute, I left and got a hotel. "Lots of space. Clean and comfortable. Perfect for what we needed for 4 days. "

"Very comfortable stay!"

"Great spot close to everything with a secure entrance to the building. Easy access to the unit Quick responses and good communication from the host. Great unit with lots of amenities! Definitely would stay here again and again!!"

The only thing I could say about the property is the furniture, especially in the living area needs to be updated. Also, the property could use some TLC when it comes to the...

"Was unable to enter the unit as the key was not available in the Lockbox. Landing (the rental company) was unable to locate the key, which was apparently with the cleaning staff, who were unavailable. We ended up having to rent another property for our visit."

"Should be more specific about the option to park on the property. I had to park a long ways away and only afterwards once I got into the apartment I saw the pass that I could’ve parked on the premises."
