「What a great place! Location, location. Located on edge of Little Italy with great restaurants and bars. Our favorite was Zenellis. Less than 15 minute walk to downtown New Haven with lots of dining options. Take in the Trinity Bar nearby- great fun! Furniture was modest but adequate. Great kitchen.」

「Paul was very communicative and helpful. We did not like the neighborhood but once you enter the apartment it’s a whole different story. The apartment was very clean and spacious. As mentioned in another review, it needs coverings on all windows for privacy from the neighbors.」

I felt safe as a single female - had my own parking spot, sensor lights outside around the property. 2 TV sets. Washer and dryer was a bonus! Kitchen was terrific. The rental is in a marginal neighborhood but the neighbors seemed fine.」

「Great place to stay while our son was visiting Yale. Just 1 bolck from 2 well know pizza restaurants is nice but can make finding a parking spot a challenge at times. Although frustrating at times it would not keep me from staying there again.」

「It’s a very nice place. However, one of the bedrooms looks out on two a courtyard that you have no access to so be careful not to open the blinds because one of our guests found a man sitting there, staring into her room in the morning while she was getting dressed. Not a cool thing.」
