「The apartment was clean and well arranged. We were very comfortable during our stay. The stairs up are tight, but manageable. The neighborhood was a little rough.」

「Property owner takes great care of the place. Instructions were easy to follow and the location was right down the road from the places we were going to. We would rent again if we ever come back to New Haven」

「Everything was great except for the water pressure. There's barely any water that comes out of the bathroom sink and the shower is just the stream otherwise the property is fantastic! They say it's because it's an old building however, there are plenty of old buildings that have water pressure.」

「Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. 」
