「Clean and everything was new. Bed super comfortable」

「.」

「Unfortunately there was a large cockroach in our room. I am very allergic to them. The staff at first did not want to help. But then was texting her manager and gave us 35 % off our stay. They didn’t even want to do that. But they were not cheap rooms for our family! Having a roach is not something you expect to see in a place that looks so nice on the outside.」

「Good」

「I'm not able to understand thier breakfast system. I booked my reservation with breakfast but my confirmation fainally looked like adding the fee.」
