I had a great stay at the New Haven Hotel. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by offering helpful tips on local places to eat, which made the trip even better. There was plenty of parking available, which made coming and going easy and stress-free. The hotel itself was very clean throughout, and the beds were comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very nice. I have a broken ankle, and the staff helped make sure that I got an accessible room. The room and bathroom were large and the shower had a seat in it, all of which were really helpful for me. They have a nice little area near the check-in where you can purchase snacks, which is nice late at night when you get the munchies!

Beer on tap as well as a other drink options available when you check in and friendly staff. My stay here was in the mid-point of a multi-state trip so having self service washer and dryer on site was a godsend.
