「Manny and his wife are excellent host. Very responsive. The apartment is well maintained. The property is beautiful and manicured. Location is really great. You are very close to beaches on the Long Island Sound and Great Pelican Bay. Very good rental for small families. 」

「Chic loft in downtown New Haven. It is a city apartment so there is a fair bit of normal city noise. If parking I'd recommend getting New Haven's app and using street parking. No elaborate cleaning procedure at check out was nice. Great communication. Thanks!」

「I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. On a personal note, the house could use some curb appeal. 」
