PLEASE NOTE: Urban residential neighborhood with moderate traffic noise. Train Station and Hospital are nearby. A peaceful and secure building on a quiet street! Unit quiet hours starting after 10pm.

Parking is INCLUDED. Short walk from unit in covered garage.

Parking pass will be provided during stay and must be returned to unit after stay. If pass is not returned guest will be charged $75 for replacement pass.

We had a wonderful stay at The Elm. It felt like we were the first guests because everything was so new and clean. Our host got right back to us when we had questions about the parking garage. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants. Our only complaint was that space was overly fragrant, if you are sensitive to fragrance you may want to ask before booking. Cheers!
