「The hotel was clean and very nice. Our meal and servers were great. Wait times were however a bit long. On Friday, we went down for breakfast and waited near the hostess stand for about ten minutes. Nobody ever came out so we left. Our son is starting college in the fall very close to the hotel.」

「We stayed 3 nights. Room was very comfortable and clean . Staff very helpful and friendly. We didn’t try the free breakfast, dining area looked nice though. Looked like a popular bar/ restaurant adjacent to hotel, we didn’t get to check out this time.My kids loved the outdoor pool, they practically spent the whole day in the pool, it was great in the hot weather, it has nice long hours, from 9am to 9pm . We will definitely stay here again, on our next visit to Danbury.」

「We were given room keys and when we went into the room, it hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were messed up and trash was still left on the dressers. We immediately went back out to the front desk and Katherine apologized and moved us to a different room. Exceptional decorated lobby and many areas to get together but without food/bar just not used by anyone in when we were there. You felt like you were in a quiet spa not a hotel. 「In the original room, we felt men’s cologne smell very strong, and asked to change the room. The reception accepts our request, and we felt comfotable to stay in the new room. There was no tissue paper box, and coffee machine was out of order. But it is totally fine for us!」

「The stay was good. But, it was only one night. If I were to want to stay a week. I would think twice about it. The even staff, basically locked himself in the office. Didn’t allow us to come in for check in. Made us use a little window for transaction. Like if he was scared of contact with customers. Your establishment is in a nice area.
