"Great beds and fast check in process. Only issue was maintenence did poor job installing new toilet seat. My husband installed it properly as was late at night."

Morning & late night staff were friendly, but the check in attendant did not give instructions on room direction, breakfast location, or other basic check in items. "

"Unfortunately, our room had quite a bit of dog hair, which made it feel less clean than expected. There was also no hot water when I went to take a shower. I mentioned this to the staff, and while they thanked me for letting them know, nothing was offered to address the issue. Additionally, there was a strong unpleasant smell outside the property, though that was clearly not the hotel’s fault."
