「Landlord responded quickly to figuring out how to get in property. Property clean, though front room rug not so much.Could not close shades in main bedroom so light came in. Kitchen had what we needed to cook breakfast which was nice. Parking good.Biggest issue was the no hot water. My husband heated water and took it with him in the shower. Room for my three sons to sleep in second bedroom was nice.」

「The property is located in a residential neighborhood which was perfect for our family of 4. The check in process was easy, Tang and Minh were super responsive to my request. The house was very clean, the beds comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cooking items. Usually we have to buy a pan or knife, but it was not needed here. The hot water heats up quickly for showers. Great place, I would def stay again!」

「I felt we paid a lot for what we got. A month ago we paid the same for a much newer house and lots better neighborhood. Furniture was shabby and very thrift store items beds were good Needed help with maintenance around kitchen sink and door jam’s dirty 」

「ポートランドエアポートとなっているので、空港に近いと思ったが、 タクシーで２５分ほどかかり、タクシー代も馬鹿にならない。。。 タクシーを呼ぶ手配もいい加減で、冷や汗をかいた。」

「The lobby had me questioning how nice the rooms would be but very pleasantly surprised! Everything was clean and new. Felt very safe as well. Only weird thing was someone trying to enter our room and showing me she was told our room was hers. 」
