The Paramount Hotel

"All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. We ate in the restaurant and it was good. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive. The room hadn’t been vacuumed. The carpet had terrible stains. The bathroom floor had a lot to hair as well as the bath. With dirt in the corner of the room. The bed was comfortable with clean linens. The towels were clean and in good condition. The room just needed a good cleaning."

"Long history with Embassy Suites. I travelled for work and spent 30-40 days a year at Embassy Suites. Would normally highly recommend. This time one of two TVs (the one in the main room) did not work. We had to call the front desk to get glasses for water and cups for coffee. At check-in, there were two people at the front desk. The woman checked in four guest, while the man read something on his computer. Later the same man, when asked to make change for a twenty, suggested I ask the valets or see if the restaurant could do that, “when they opened”. Later, when I mentioned that the service for tipping charged a fee with each use, the same man looked at me and scrubbed his shoulders. Might not have bothered me at a different site but I believe Embassy Suites can do better."

"The staff were exceptional!! Every one of them was friendly and helpful. They took every chance to greet you, get the door and help you in any way. Tremendously good experience!!! Big shout out to Kaleb! He was really helpful with our check in and you can tell he truly cares about his job!!!"
