"Breakfast was subpar, bare minimum and mostly cold items. Room was just ok. Black staining on the bathroom mirror and food on the ground that wasn't vacuumed from previous occupants. Staff was awesome. Lobby was really clean. As soon as you lerave the elevator you are transported back to the 70's with the carpet and walls. Damp smell from the ice machines. "

"The room was huge 350sf, and the bed was very very comfortable... I was able to park safely in the underground parking garage...the outdoor lounge area was huge and had 3 fire "pits" ablaze....we sat around the fire and drank wine....beautiful outdoor lounge area.....the hotel has extensive play/game areas...we played pinball machines, pacman , tabletop shuffle games,etc..... The continental breakfast was well managed and efficiently operated by a dedicated gentleman"

"We were so pleased with their super clean rooms, European style comforter with freshly washed covers and a freshly washed cover for the throw pillow. Not one piece on the bedding was used by à previous guest! Also wonderful restaurants within just 2 or 3 minutes walking distance. Will make it a point to stay in their other locations too."

"This hotel is beautifully maintained, has comfortable beds, and hot water that doesn’t disappoint. I absolutely loved the centrality of its location, being able to travel on-foot to everything downtown with great ease. Plus, the romantic inner-city views would melt the iciest hearts. "I and a lot of my people paid extra for the full breakfast, there was no breakfast and honored the voucher with an egg sandwich, I asked for oatmeal or a piece of fruit no can do. You have restaurant and don’t use to make you money. Bad business! Bad management! Rooms were spotless. It a shame. No coffee in lobby or urn of coffee , no cups.broken coffee machines and broken hair dryers. So security is good. So if you don’t care about creature comforts, it was clean but don’t expect a courtyard experience and for the price and added breakfast fees, 18 per meal , really I would go somewhere they don’t claim amenities, that they don’t have. The price would have been 200.00 less and I would have no expectations."
