I booked this room because it was close to the Amtrak station. Room was clean, spacious, came with a refrigerator and dishwasher. Breakfast had a nice selection of foods: eggs, oatmeal, juices and coffees. It was a bit of a way from downtown Portland but completely walkable. Staff were excellent and super helpful. I love the Pearl District so I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!

We stay at the Residence Inn in the Pearl often. Clean and comfortable, with hospitable and friendly staff. It's in a great location for travelers and it's within walking distance of some fabulous eateries. We are comfortable walking in this neighborhood in the day and after dark.
