"Easy check in and check out . Clean room. No refrigerator but did not need one . Coffee machine available for use with capsules in room. Temperature of air con (AC centralized ) was set to 21 degrees. Too cold for me. No AC control in the room.Other than that , everything was good . Location is convenient near the Main train station. "First time in this Düsseldorf hotel and it was an excellent experience. I will definitely stay again. Friendly, helpful staff and reception. Room was super clean and fresh, best bed linen and pillows I've had for a long time (and I'm a frequent traveller). I didn't try the breakfast as I'm not a morning food person and €23 per person seemed expensive. Well done to all the team, it was a wonderful stay. "
