"Great staff and amazing value "

"Nice room. Some staff ok. Some rude. Very difficult getting room service on the first night so had to go down to the restaurant itself where the man was very rude so we didn't bother using room service again. We booked a cot which we didnt get. When i spoke with reception they told me they were having trouble with the housekeeping "

"Beautiful hotel with great amenities in a lovely location overlooking the river and the cathedral. Rooms were excellent. The breakfast buffet was also excellent with plenty of choices. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. "

"Conveniently located close to the train station, city Center and of course The Magnificent Cathedral. Staff were very attentive, our room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was out of our budget, but there’s lots of other options nearby. Highly recommend this place! "

"The room was large and as we have large bags this room was fantastic. The bathroom is well laid out and the shower did not leak or flood (a bonus in Europe). The exercise room was spotless and had well looked after equipment but sadly the pool became unavailable a day before we arrived. The staff were excellent, very courteous and friendly. Would absolutely return here."
