Room was lovely and very well appointed. I came for one of the Backstreet Boys shows and having their music playing in the lifts was a nice touch. The hotel was very conveniently located, the main train station was very easy to get to for getting around

Excellent staff, very friendly and welcoming. Spacious and comfortable room with everything needed. Service at both the bar and restaurant was very good across the team. The breakfast buffet was very complete (the only thing missing were pancakes with maple syrup 🙂). Many thanks for everything!

Always great staying here due to it being close to main station and just a decent place to stay. Staff always friendly and talk English always helpfully when I come again I will be stopping here because I enjoy using the hotel

I rate a 5 because the rooms was clean, staff was helpful and condition seemed newish. The surrounding area was OK. There are shops like groceries, one or two resturants near by. You will definetly need to buy water etc from outside, pretty expensiv in the hotel.

Staff were great. The bed and pillows were comfy. The towels were stained and had to be exchanged. There there was a stain on the carpet. Convenient location.

Really nice hotel, with excellent transport links. Near a couple of restaurants, bar and a bakery and within a few minutes access to shops too. Despite all this it's lovely and quiet too. There's also a good bar in the hotel and a restaurant (although we never ate there).

Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice view from our room, quiet during the night and good, cheap metro connection to the Altstadt. Allows you to have a nice evening in the city centre and to come back in 10 mins with the metro to the quiet of the hotel.
