The staff is really nice. The rooms are not big but the bed slept good and we were in the city most of the time so didnt need a bigger room. Shower was clean no mold. Would sleep here again when visiting Dusseldorf

I think they could be more friendly in the reception, people sometimes come very tired from long trips, and they only one hospitality and friendly behaviour. They were not rude but neither friendly.

Location very central, and near public transportation. The hotel is okay for a night but the tv didn't work, the breakfast was okay but could be better. And in the early morning a lot off noise when you have a room in the basement.
