The only issue is they prefer cash for payment (deposit and payment for food), so bring extra cash. One room's water heater didn't work and another water hose in the toilet was leaking (It is not their fault as we understand things can age). "I stayed at Banyan Tree every time when I came to Phuket. My last time in Phuket was however 10 years ago. I found the villa I stayed this time was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. However, it is a bit dated and needs some update. Staff were most helpful. The newly opened beach club was exceptional and excellent for evening relax drinking. I would stay in Banyan tree again for my next visit to Phuket. "
