Excellent Hotel, nothing too hard for the staff very helpful. Good buffet breakfast and very close to the beach. There's 24H convenience store just few minutes walk outside of the resort and also weekend market nearby. Highly recommended.

Having come from a cheap beachside bungalow on Koh Lanta, this felt heavenly. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, the bedding was so comfortable, the hotel is beautiful and I thought the beach was lovely too. A useful shop 5 mins walk away too

The rooms were spotless and the service everywhere we went in the hotel was impeccable.. also all the food in all the restaurants were definitely 5 stars !!! We like the hotel and the restaurant at the beach a lot but we were there to play tennis. And one tennis court is half! This was not good at all. If you would fix that tennis court it would be perfect and we will come back many times. The location of the tennis courts was great and there was a roof and shade with tables. Everything except the tennis court was half, cut off. And it was very disappointing for us!

Friendly and Helpful Staff

The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing. We spent a morning in the pool and the beach. The location of the hotel is very good. It is located next to the Bang Tao Beach and also close to the nearby Canal Village Shopping Centre. You could take free shuttle boat rides in the lake area there. It would only take 10 minutes to get to another shopping centre by taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were confirmed to have a late checkout at 15:00 upon our request during our checking.
