「The hotel is conveniently located near the tourist spot of Wulingyuan, and there are restaurants and food stalls nearby. The staff were friendly and kindly explained the sightseeing route to us, so we were able to get around smoothly. Thank you. It was a great hotel.」

「This review falls into two sections. Initial impressions Room facilities Upon arrival at 0100 we had difficulty entering the complex and had to wait 25 minutes for the representative to arrive. This complex consisted of two high rise towers and appeared very dated. Once inside the walk to my apartment was dirty, dark and there was a musty smell. I was very concerned and under normal circumstances I would have walked out. However once inside the apartment I found it clean. In summary I would...

Fei fei, our hotel manager and daytime planner, was equally incredible in her suggestions and for the way she planned our days and evenings exploring the national park and attractions in the city of Zhangjiajie. When we come back, it will only be to this hotel - our stay was that memorable and perfect. Could not recommend enough.」

「It's brand new, so the hotel is very nice, but the area has no restaurants and isn't convenient to tourist sites. They demanded a large "deposit" when we arrived, although we paid for the room already through hotels.com. Then they tried to pay this back online, it didn't work, then the manager came to the train station to pay in cash. This is not a good system for visitors.」
