Our butler helped us arrange park tickets, laundry, and our daily itinerary, which made everything so easy and convenient. The hotel was modern with rooms equipped with latest technology. It was just a short walk to the east entrance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.」

「We loved our stay at this hotel - the family room was a perfect size, and gave us a great combination of privacy and togetherness/comfort. The rooms were tastefully decorated and luxurious, and the bathroom was the same - both were also very clean. Laundry service is provided, and we also had an afternoon tea provided during our stay. The staff were helpful with anything we needed. The location was also strategic - close enough to the nearby shopping streets, metro station, and People's Park....

「シャワーの温度が熱すぎるか水かどちらかになってしまう。また水圧が弱い。ボディソープが少ししか入っていなかったので足りなかった。 2日間利用したが1日目には無料のミネラルウォーターが用意されていなかった。 ホテルはとても綺麗で、部屋も広く、このまま自宅として暮らしたいと思った。」
