「Stopped here from Heathrow before traveling on to more family, we stayed 2 nights and meet family and friends. Food and service were good, the animals was a bonus, the sensory area with the TV was our hang out with the kids.」

I waited for over 30 minutes without hearing anything, so I contacted him twice. If I hadn’t called, were you just going to leave the problem unresolved?」
