「Great location. Clean rooms with helpful friendly staff.」

「The staff were very welcoming and lovely. The room was clean and stocked with treats, the spa was sensational, and the meals were great. We did ask for our room to be cleaned and only the bed was made - they did not remove used drink glasses, wipe surfaces, or replenish the coffee pods for our espresso machine. But the drinks were strong, the pool was gorgeous, and overall very happy with our experience!」

「The overall experience was good. The staff were very helpful and attentive. There was a bad smell in the first room we checked into, but they changed our room the next day, and the new room was much better. The housekeeping team also did a great job. The food and service at Zamana Restaurant were amazing as well. I have stayed at many five-star hotels around the world, and I would say the service here is definitely five-star. However, based on the condition and quality of the rooms, I wouldn’t...

「Everything was amazing!!!!!!!! Highly recommended」

「The monastery Estates was a beautiful boutique hotel in a wonderful location. The whole experience felt like I stepped back in time. The one concern I had was there’s apparently assigned tables for breakfast, make sure you ask where yours is otherwise you may get yelled at.」

「Clean room with fairly powerful hair dryer but is stuck in bathroom. Beds comfortable and air conditioned. Good size fridge and safe. Triple room didn't provide enough chairs on balcony or enough hangers in wardrobe when we were booked as a 3 occupancy, but on asking we were provided with extras at no cost or issue and promptly. Swimming pools x 2 big, clean but very cold. fairly comfortable loungers with umbrellas and clean towels provided daily but pool doesn't open early enough in my opinion...

「This is a beautiful resort! Amazed how big the room is and with the view from the balcony. Spent a lot of time out there listening to the waves. The staff is friendly and very helpful. And it’s in a great location to Old Town. I will definitely go back!」

「We had an excellent stay, great location, beautiful and historic property. Breakfast was delicious! Thank you!」

「One of those rare times when the place was as beautiful if not better than the pictures. Clean, well maintained, great location. The staff was very kind and Eva was a great communicator, stopped by to say hi at breakfast our first morning and was very hospitable.」

「Amazing hotel and staff. A must stay while you are here!」
