「Deciding where to stay for our second two month visit was easy! Based on our great experience last year, we knew this is where we wanted to return to. The condo is clean, comfortable, well maintained and the owner is very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. 「Everything was great. We have stayed in Anderson Lakes Condos so we know what to expect. The bonus was Rod and Erika! They are excellent hosts. Extremely responsive, well organized and have everything we need in a quiet and convenient setting. They shocked us when I reported the dishwasher wasn’t working in the morning and by 3 PM they had it replaced. Amazing service! Wonderful people we enjoyed meeting. We’ve already made plans to be back!」

「Really liked the layout. Smoke extinguisher batteries missing. Hard to find with google maps. We had no grille and community grille propane tanks all empty. After complaining owner did purchase us a small electric grip. Thanks so much. Lots of plush towels. Hottub and pool was great. Would come again」

「Enjoyed our 4 night stay. My husband and I enjoyed walking around the lake in the morning and enjoying our coffee on the patio. The property manager was very helpful when we were trying to figure out the key fob and ultimately negotiated a late check out as we had a late flight out. We have come to the Phoenix area several times for Spring Training and felt this location was great with easy access to the airport and highways around the city. Walking to coffee and dinner was also a plus! Would...
