"A very nice room in a well cared for building. The only surprise was that breakfast was only cold items such as granola bars, yogurt, apples, and instant oatmeal. There were no hot items like eggs or waffles. I am not sure if I missed that fact in the description or not but would have liked it to be called out more clearly as we ended up going to a restaurant for more breakfast options instead of eating at the hotel"

"There was no hot water. The lady at the counter told me to wait until the next day to be able to take a shower after traveling from Ohio to AZ. So someone then came and helped me get hot water. Each day it took 15 mins for the shower water to get hot.The walls in the room was nasty as well as the floor. You can tell it hasn’t been mopped in some time."

"This review is difficult and one I never want to do. The Staff was wonderful and the Building was super clean (Now that's out of the way). Part 1 Safety This place was really bizarre. The rooms were 100% new and picture perfect, however, the couch, bed, and the chairs were super hard. the toilet was really low to the ground, the shower is super slippery, narrow, and zero hand rails. Lets not forget the (slippery) floors. they felt great to walk on until you took off your shoes. No Joke, with all things mentioned, it felt like a life risk being in the place. Part 2 (the 4 story mobile home park) Once we settled in, we notice this place is just like a 4 story mobile home. the furnishing, cabinets, fixtures, lighting, tv, stove, bath tub, (everything) is for an RV. (Crazy, Bazaar chit) Little Side Comedy Once we arrive its explained that if we need extra pillows theirs a charge??? and the extra fee I see on the invoice is a laundry fee??? (I did not know it was extra to have them clean the sheets). I ask them if there's anything going on, on the property and its explained, " someones cooking on the grill right there" and "I can go hang out and watch em"??? Stayed 2 nights and the 1st day back I had to take off from work. Recovering from major back pains, neck pains "

"This is a 2 and a half star hotel, 3 at best. It was expected, so no surprise. Rates were very expensive due to spring baseball, but I would maybe pay half what I paid in normal circumstances, maybe less. Staff was nice. One of the managers was very helpful and pleasant. No complaints there. Rooms are fine, nothing special. Some updates have been done but others not, like the bathtub. A little stained. Toilet had issues from the get-go and backed up once. They brought a plunger and handed it to me. I guess that's normal for this level of hotel. They won't do it themselves. Ok, so just have to flush 6 times while using the toilet. Its a 4 story hotel with only one elevator. It was busy so had to wait a few minutes sometimes. No biggie. Breakfast included and its the same as any other hotel. Powered eggs, saugage, waffle maker, toast, small muffins, etc. No all-day coffee like others, and only one toaster which was broken, so two pieces of bread at a time which created a line. The hotel is generally small, so the breakfast area is tiny. It was busy, so people were literally rubbing elbows waiting for coffee or toasf or whatever. And the sitting area is cramped, so if its busy, you feel people on top of you. Very congested. Note for the hotel owners: instead of using space for the sofas and lounge chairs, swap them out with more tables and seating. And don't use foldable tables and chairs. Not a good look. Anyway, its definitely a one-night spot, no more."
