「Lovely old fashioned traditional hotel where guests are always right ! I was very impressed when I booked an evening meal . I had warned them I have numerous food intolerances . I hoped they would have something I could eat so was blown away when I was given a menu especially made for ME !! Ventnor is quiet and quaint . Only thing I struggled with was the room was very very warm so sleeping was tricky and it was very small for two .」

「ライドから３番のバスで10分くらいの場所にあり、バス停のほぼ目の前なので便利でした。バスは30分に１本程度のようですが、グーグルマップによるとライドまで徒歩30分以内のようです。Rosemary Vineyardというワイナリーがホテルの近くにあります。ホテルの近くに夜１０時まで開いている商店があり、水を買ったり重宝しました。可愛らしい部屋で清潔に掃除されていたので、とても快適に過ごせました。ただ、シャワーの水が流れにくいので、水が溜まって足元はヒタヒタでした。ご夫婦で経営されている宿で朝食は基本的に8:30でお願いしているようです。チェックイン時間前に荷物を預かってもらおうとライドのフェリーターミナルから電話をしましたが、誰も出なかったのでそのまま荷物をもって観光しました。チェックイン時間について電話がかかってきて「少し出かけるから〇時以降にしてほしい」と言われました。全般的に快適に過ごす事ができました。」

「Lovely Hotel , very clean and fab room but could of done with a bigger room with our Grandson.! Staff were excellent, helpful and friendly and the breakfast was tasty and plentiful. A tiny fridge would be helpful in the room but over all we had a lovely stay at the Birdham. What a lovely part of the Island Bembridge is, in my opinion the nicest exception apart from the Needles. Bembridge has lovely quiet beaches to visit and we found the people very friendly. Was a wonderful week🙂」
