What a lovely hotel clean modern beautiful rooms great outdoor area with pool had a fab pimm’s at the bar. Excellent staff very helpful/ friendly amazing breakfast can not fault anything will stay again.

Excellent for a 3 star hotel,room was tidy but a little tired Staff were great at all aspects of service Breakfast and Bar first glass Extra facilities like the swimming pool and other utilities made for a very pleasant stay

The shower wasn’t working no pressure because it is a very old building they said so they couldn’t help or give us another room. Very dusty lots of cobwebs. However staff was so lovely beds were so comfortable and excellent location :))

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Great location with a short walk down to the beach. The room was lovely and clean. Lovely bar area with outdoor seating. I would definitely go back.

Liked everything with one exception. We had booked a superior double room. Upon arrival we were told we were being upgraded. The room was dominated by a super king size bed. There were 4 large lamps and 2 overhead bedside lamps. However no chair and no fridge. I enquired and unfortunately they did not have a spare fridge. I expected a chair and fridge in a superior room.

The bedroom was a let down quite dated and not hygienic having to leave toilet to wash hands in sink in bedroom Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Rest of the hotel was lovely great facilities Breakfast was excellent value although would of liked more continental such as cheese and cold meat Great location.

The property was beautifully decorated, staff were extremely helpful and polite, customer service was excellent. The only issue that we had was the shower in our room, it had absolutely nothing about it, there was no pressure whatsoever, purely a trickle of water!

Lovely hotel with fab bar area and outside seating, room was snug but had everything we needed and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful, only minor issue is that property is not wheelchair accessible, althought they are ramps getting into main entrance involves getting up quite a big step, otherwise very nice hotel

A lovely hotel in the perfect location with helpful, pleasant staff. The rooms however are tired and need an update to reflect the downstairs of this hotel. The shower has no pressure, the toilets are run on a very noisy macerater and generally the rooms require a total refurb which i understand from the new Managers is in hand.

Staff helpful and friendly, hard working too. Decor poor, bathroom tatty, shaver light not working, outside carpets not hoovered. Breakfast choice average but well cooked. No evening meal option although advertised as available. Telly remote control batteries duff. Over priced for what it is. If priced appropriately I would return, but otherwise, no.
