「Perfect temporary home away from home.」

「The property was well maintained and the heating system was highly effective. It was chilly around low 40’s at night when I stayed there, I was comfortable. They have a well equipped kitchen, including electric pot and utensils. I stayed at the quieter side of the building, and missed the famous nightly nocturnal animals scavenge through trash cans. I heard it was very entertaining at the safety of your own room. I will definitely return! 」

「This apartment was easy to find, conveniently located, clean, and spacious. It was the perfect place to stay for some business that I had in town. The laundry room on the first floor was especially convenient. Check-in was great, and Gigi was an awesome hostess. I would definitely do it again.」

「Overall, my stay was great. There was a bit of trouble (for me) in finding the place, and some difficulties with getting in, but otherwise everything was perfect. Everything was well-decorated and working, and there was a great place to park. Would definitely recommend, especially if you're looking to stay close to Chico State (15 minute walk, 5 minute drive). I would absolutely stay again!」

「I chose this lovely accommodation as it was near a friend I was visiting and an event we participated in. Loved that we were quite welcome as my traveling partner is my 14yo cat. The parking in the area is typical of a big city.... I live in the mountains and had completely not remembered about this challenge - especially with a "big truck". The owner was kind enough to assist with signing my truck up so that I wouldn't get towed. Very kind as I definiately did not fit in the driveway. There are...
