The room was very clean, I had an issue at check in, but that was corrected by Mr. Brown, his handling of the situation was top notch. The staff was very friendly even after my issue at check in. I would like to thank Mr. Brown for taking this matter seriously.

Hyatt Vacation Club at Northstar Lodge, Lake Tahoe
What a great hotel! Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this property. Our children had so much fun exploring and enjoying the amenities available. We will be returning next year!

Marriott Grand Residence Club, Lake Tahoe
Thought parking was pricey and no self park. Also earlest checkout time Ive ever seen, who does 10am except this place. Also latest check in time Ive ever seen 4pm! Probably wont stay here again!
