「Loved it perfectly 」

「I really liked the friendliness of the reception staff. Melinda helped me and was super sweet. The gentleman(forgot his name) helped with getting my bags to the room. Not having a microwave in the room is inconvenient enough but they did not have one in the hotel for guest use and I felt that is ridiculous in 2024.」

「Friendly staff, fine rooms. Bathrooms could use an update which is currently happening. Some construstion noise during the day but who hangs out on their room all day anyway. Overall not bad considering how much I saved compared to other hotels.」

「The property is as described, clean and great. I really enjoyed my stay. I like that the unit allows so much natural light in, and if you don’t want the natural light, there are different levels of shades by the windows. Great place to be.」

「The casita was excellent and located in a beautiful, safe, quite residential section near downtown Phoenix. The host was available to greet us and review the features of the property. Dining options were available within a short walk or driving distance. We only stayed one night but I would stay here again for an extended period and recommend this property to anyone who wished to stay in this area. 」
