"Great value for money. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Very clean. Lovely pool and gym. If you like the noise hubbub and madness of tourist trap Patong, this is the perfect place to stay if you want great value for money. Room was large and very comfy. I found the mattress a it hard, but when i asked if there was anything they could do they put a comforter on it, which helped. Overall really liked the vibe, and as I say the staff were all super friendly and helpful. "

"Overall, an excellent hotel in a great location. No top sheet is fitted, so you end up either too hot or too cold when you kick off the quilt—had to set the aircon very low so we didn't boil under the quilt. No hair conditioner... come on, Novotel, for a classy hotel... You supply a cheap 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner that is really more like a detergent.
