"The hotel is located 10 minutes walk from bangla road where the main party activities are held, 10 minutes walk to Patong beach and Jungceylon a massive shopping mall.It is a family run guest house and they were always ready to help me and serve me. I was very satisfied and highly recommend it as it is in a quiet road away from all the Patong noisy activities but at the same time only 10 minutes walk away!"

"Overall, an excellent hotel in a great location. No top sheet is fitted, so you end up either too hot or too cold when you kick off the quilt—had to set the aircon very low so we didn't boil under the quilt. No hair conditioner... come on, Novotel, for a classy hotel... You supply a cheap 2-in-1 shampoo/conditioner that is really more like a detergent. The bar drinks are priced very high...why it was always empty, I guess > staff #1 "
