部屋は綺麗で、ベッドが大きく、柔らかくて寝心地が最高。 水回りは良。 小さいがバルコニー有り。 近隣にモスクがあり、ホテルでも朝晩の定時放送が聞けて非常に印象的である。 館内にレストランがあり。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で味も美味しい。 値段もリーズナブルな価格。 バングラまで、徒歩20分～30分、バイクTAXIで5分～10分。

施設の設備等には不満はなく、海までも徒歩圏内なので非常に利用しやすかった。 チェックアウト時、バスローブが一個無いと言われ確認をするように言いましたが、持ち出したなら私たちはわからないと言われ、泥棒扱いをされたことが非常に不満でした。 監視カメラを確認してくださいと言っても確認されず、デポジットは返却しないとまで言われ清掃したスタッフに確認してもらったところ補充していなかったことが発覚。 最後は謝罪もなく終わり、最初の対応が良かったのに非常に最後が残念だった。

The hotel is well situated if you want it a bit quieter, it's only a short walk to the beach and about 15 mins into the heart of Patong. The hotel was clean and well presented, even with work being carried out on it, that did not disturb us at all. The staff were very helpful and very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The only downside which we didn't see when we booked was that it's close to a mosque and the call to prayer rang out several times a day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Patong. The location was perfect close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife, but still quiet enough to relax comfortably. The room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained with a beautiful view. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made the whole experience feel welcoming and enjoyable. The breakfast had many delicious options, and the pool area was amazing for relaxing after a long day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and offered excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Patong.

Be prepared that there is a refundable deposit of 2000 THB required at check-in. You will also not have access to the stovetop in the room unless you pay 2000 THB (non-refundable). That will allow them to unlock the stove for you to make is usable. Then you have to pay another non-refundable deposit to use their pots and pans to cook with. You are only permitted 2 bath towels per day, no extras are permitted at all. In order to get any new towels you have to turn in the old towels, they physically count them during the exchange. Wash cloths and hand towels do not exist at this hotel. Be prepared and bring or buy your own. The “international” breakfast is the same heavy, Indian food on repeat each morning. There is nothing international about it. Although hotel staff are very polite, they are not the most helpful or accommodating. It could use some updating. The chairs in the kitchen are stools that are worn out with no back support, and the bases of them are all rusted out. The Islamic call to prayer is called several times throughout the day starting at 5am through the loud speaker at the neighboring mosque-just something to keep in consideration. There is no way this hotel should have a 4 star rating. It is a 2.5 - 3 star at most. I do not recommend this hotel.

Overall the hotel is a 3.5 star hotel when looking on pictures online the rooms seemed a lot bigger than reality that is fine to a degree. The breakfast selection could have been slightly bigger but was good.. We will put in the side building, not the main building where breakfast, gym, bar, pool are located Staff were good. Room service was good and rooms and hotel was clean and tidy.
