"Our family of 5 had our 2nd stay at this house this past weekend. This house is a great place to unplug, spend time playing in the lake (swimming, fishing, kayaking), have bonfires and just relax. Mike was incredibly responsive when we found the paddle boat broken and had a new one to us in a few hours! The house is very comfortable and fun for kiddos, dogs and adults alike!"

"Overall the stay was nice. The inside of the home was very neat and tidy. My complaints would be that the outdoor BBQ hut grill was not clean. Also, we were unable to use the hot tub because the chemicals were very overpowering. It was kind of a bummer not being able to use those amenities but otherwise we had a very nice stay."

"We loved our time at this home! The home was spacious, set on a beautiful lake, and a short drive to Cooperstown and other attractions like the Fly Creek Orchard and the Rail Explorers experience. The area is quiet at night. If you need darkness to sleep, be sure not to sleep in the master bedroom, as you will instead catch a beautiful sunrise coming in at 5am. The kids loved the arcade game, air hockey, and foosball. Unfortunately, it was too cold and windy this time for some kayaking."

"The views are jaw dropping in 360 degrees, and having a large dining room and we'll stocked kitchen made for some wonderful communal meals. Everything was comfortable and well cared for. An incredible stay."

"We travel to the Catskills at least once a year and stay at various locations. What sets this property apart is the true seclusion and absolutely no distractions from the nature around you. Even though it is close to hubs like Wyndham and Hunter (less than 20 to both) when sitting outside it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Inside is clean, cosey by the fire, and lots of fun things to do with our teenagers. Definitely would stay again."

"Large house, all bedrooms had access to four separate bedrooms. This made is very convenient to accommodate four different families. Quick 8 minute ride to All Star Village. The owner was available to help with anything we needed to make the stay comfortable."
