「Beautifully decorated and fabulously managed sweet bed-and-breakfast. Everything was immaculate and the breakfast was yummy. Would definitely return! They also have some interesting events. That would be great if I lived closer by.」

「When we arrived at the motel the office was boarded up with plywood. That should have been a sign. We went in the room and the floors were disgusting. This is clearly a motel from the 1950s and the pictures might be the rooms but they have been in heavy hard use for years. Worst room I have ever rented. We did not stay and had to search for a room at 11:00 at night 」

「The location in old cocoa village is excellent, the B&B staff was incredibly nice and very helpful. The historic building is very charming. At the end of the day you can sip wine on the back deck. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it.」

Shower hot with great pressure. Sitting down by the river was a great experience. The pool was clean and a perfect temp for swimming. No one could have prepared us for the sound of the train, which is unfortunate for all who live near the intersection where it blows its horns going by. We got used it after a couple of days and...
