「The area outside isn’t glamorous, but when you inside these enormous wooden doors, it’s incredibly impressive how they used fauna to create a truly unique atmosphere. What I REALLY liked was walking a block towards the water and there was an incredibly charming street of endless restaurants and cafe’s which contrasts the main road through town and the hoity toity-ness of the high end hotel scene. It felt super comfortable and I am VERY glad I stayed at this hotel.」

「We stayed in one of the penthouse apartments which was immaculate and incredibly spacious! The pool was a lovely addition as Tulum was hot when we visited! Isabel was very responsive and ensured we were comfortable throughout our whole stay! The area is very safe and there is 24 hour security at the main entrance! Would definitely recommend!!!」

Te sientes como en casa y eso lo valoro muchísimo, volveré ahí cada que llegue a Tulum. De igual forma las personas de vigilancia, siempre con excelente actitud 」

Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. 」

「Staff were amazing, so attentive and helped to book a few trips which turned out to be highlights of our holiday. The room was spotless and throughly cleaned every day, couldn’t fault it. It was a 20 min walk from centre but we didn’t mind that, as it felt like a quiet oasis away from the noise. Having access to Bardo and Milam pools was an added bonus as both had better pools and food than Una Vida (but Una Vida is half the price!) - would 100% recommend to anyone. 」
