This place was absolutely beautiful. It’s romantic, secluded, clean, tranquil, peaceful, and just flat out perfect for what I was looking for. The last bit of the trip to get there, the road was a bit torn up from construction but once you walk inside your just in awe. Staff was amazing and friendly, property is so well taken care of I felt like I was little oasis.

This hotel was the perfect unique last minute discovery! Quiet, beautiful, wonderful staff. The place is a small sanctuary that makes you feel in a while world of your own. The food was also absolutely amazing. Every thing we needed was responded to immediately and we cannot wait to return for longer!

Rubi is a complete oasis in the middle of the jungle. The staff, especially Diego were unbelievable. By far one of the best trips we have ever taken. There is construction in the area which is to be expected in Tulum however the shelter of the hotel, rich natural habitat and complete vibe still take you away to paradise. Strongly recommend this property.

Amazing property, so far the best I’ve stayed in. Highly recommend, the staff is outstanding, so respectful and helpful. Always there to serve you, I had planned my gf birthday and proposal. Both were beyond my expectation, the decoration was insanely beautiful. 10/10 for everything, would definitely come back. Specially the tree penthouse was perfect dream romantic spot. Thank you!!!

Property room and staff were unbelievable the restaurant on site was great however they are closed on Tuesdays we did not realize this. If any handicap accessible is needed this is not the place for you. The road to property is unpaved so very bumpy. We loved the seclusion and the staff is great getting transportation!

Rubi Tulum is without disappointment. The facilities are amazing, staff are great and overall beautiful. The only issue is the road getting there. Pretty bad. But it’s worth it.

This is a beautiful boutique property in the jungles of Tulum. The grounds were well maintained and felt like a botanical garden. The pools were beautiful and refreshing (a little chilly). Dayanne and the other staff were exceptional; welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. We went during the “off season” and therefore had limited access to amenities (restaurant was only open for brunch). The local food delivery service Tomato was a game changer and helped us enjoy local foods without leaving the property. While the roads nearby were in poor condition, they were fairly easy to navigate using an ATV or scooter. Taxis had no trouble and were easy to access.

Lovely Hotel, lovely pool, nice view for sunrise and sunset, nice rooms and roof top plunge pool, the bad of this hotel is the ramp u have to take to get to your room, multiple stairs to go up and down to get to room, living area and rooftop, no bathroom, the shower is in the tub which is a negative for me, water was splashing all over, and the roads to get to the hotel is really bad and dark, but overall its a relaxing hotel.
