It’s a beautiful property. It is about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Siracusa/Ortigia. It has 2 large pools. The Restaurant at the resort is top notch and the included breakfast is the best in Sicily- absolutely incredible. The staff and owner are very nice and were very accommodating.

The Agilia Ortigia Charme Hotel is absolutely superb. Firstly, we were lost in Syracuse, but when we called the hotel to get some guidance, very nice man name Marchello gave us excellent directions and then met us outside the hotel which was a huge help after a long day of driving in Sicily. The hotel is located close to some of the major attractions...the archeological museum and the Greek theater are not far away. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. There is an excellent cable service that includes CNN and the BBC. The breakfasts are superb. The management is friendly and attentive. The hotel has a certain classic charm. I have stayed here many times and am happy to recommend this hotel.

The manager, if am not mistaken called Marco, was super friendly and nice and made our stay pleasant.

Incredible setting and resort design. Everything was perfect. You could tell that a good architect was involved. They had the best pool I ever swimmed in. The Spa is new, as the hotel and very good. Latest electronic technology everywhere. It took a while to get used to it.

This charming hotel is in a great location overlooking the sea and within easy walking distance of everything in historic Ortygia. Our room was spotlessly clean and came with a small balcony that overlooked the street and ancient church below. When we arrived we needed to change the room and they were very helpful with 2 options. We got the one facing the ocean. Breakfast was very good. I had to wash my car and one of the helpers at the reception drove with her motorcycle in front of me until we got the place. We used the gym and was very good. Stayed for 3 nights and the place is very close to Ortigia (old town) and though still in a quiet location with a lot of amenities close by. The actual apartment was very well set up, very comfortable and big rooms and we were very satisfied with all that was on offer. Only downside is that parking at certain hours is a bit hard to come by but always managed with little hassle in the end.
