"We never ate at the hotel it was less expensive elsewhere. Can’t complain except towels need to be renewed. Also hand soap would be nice. Room noisy in the morning because of traffic. Staff should greet customers coming in and out of hotel it’s part of your job!"

"I've stayed here many times before for work. The prices have increased, and you now have to pay for parking on arrival. Sadly, the rooms remain tired and the beds aren't terribly comfortable. The staff are nice, but it's the little things that make you feel valued, and with the creeping prices, this hotel is increasingly looking less and less favourable when compared to other properties."

"Beautifully maintained property with expansive grounds and hiking trails that cross the property and so it is brilliant for walking and dogs. The room we had was exceptional and came with a small garden which again was heaven for the dog. The stay in a place like this is always about the staff though, who were great. Particular shout out to Marly who was the perfect blend of professional and warm and to the older chap who was training one of the new staff when we arrived and was particularly good as well. The only thing I would ask to improve is that there be some way established for people with dogs to enjoy the restaurant rather than only the pub. I’m sure it could be achieved somehow."
