Staff excellent. Food very good - evening and breakfast Car park was quite full when we arrived early eve. Bar was surprisingly good for a health spa etc. Great draught beer, wine, cocktails -and not overpriced for such a lovely establishment! Really enjoyed- cheers!!

We stayed for one night at this hotel. We had lunch at the restaurant before we checked in which we really enjoyed - plenty of options and good quality food. The pool and spa area is absolutely amazing. Both the indoor and outdoor pools are heated and it feels very cosy once it gets dark with the different lights. There’s plenty of beds to sit by the pool and you can order drinks straight to you - I’d recommend the mango rum punch! As it was NYE the staff very kindly gave every guest a glass of prosecco whilst counting in the new year. The staff were absolutely amazing throughout our whole stay, very helpful! I would say the only negative about the place is the rooms. We were a bit disappointed as the room didn't have the same quality as the rest of the hotel. It was a bit run down and in need of redecorating, which is a bit of a shame as the rest of the hotel looks amazing. We would definitely come back but I don’t think we would stay overnight again unless there was a bit of a renovation with the rooms, however we would definitely come back to use the spa, pool and food services!

The Breakfast team are exceptional....food out of this world, one of the best breakfasts you will ever have at a hotel. We are elderly and Olivia was so kind to us during our stay. The pool was wonderful on a hot day. Plenty of beds in the morning and a great escape to the air conditioning in the afternoon. Nicest bunch of people made this a great stay. Service was fantastic. Although the on line check in is pointless as you have to fill out the details again on arrival. Weird spa though in a light industrial estate opposite an Aldi, did not expect that. Dinner was really good, breakfast was terrible, poached eggs where the eggs were so overcooked they were inedible. For a spa break I wouldn’t go here again, for a business trip I would as the staff could not do enough, even finding my wife a hairbrush which she forgot to pack.

The hotel was lovely, however, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work. We complained three times about it. Each time they attempted to fix it, but they didn’t. They provided us with Dyson fans which was a plus. But there was no communications to update us. The staff were very apathetic to our requests. But overall, a nice stay. Good food and the spa facilities were great.

Excellent SPA conditions

Staff was very kind and helpful. The SPA part looks very nice and cosy, nicely arranged, with nice features (water jets, multiple types of sauna, indoor and outdoor pool, etc.). The hotel room was comfortable, but with some dirty spots (especially at the toilet and bathtub). The phone signal and internet connection in the area it is extremely poor, and the hotel doesn't seem to fix the problem. If I wish to return, it would be just for spending some time in the SPA area.
