"Had the same room as my previous visit, very comfortable and clean with everything you need provided. "

"Hotel was clean and comfortable, and the owners were helpful and courteous. We had dinner one evening and the burger was amazing, honestly one of the nicest burgers I have had. The hotel is a perfect location to explore the area, and we would book here again."

"Our experience at the hotel was fantastic. We were welcomed by Andrea at reception on the Friday who checked us in and gave us the information required. We went to the swimming pool in the evening and they gave you complimentary towels and to our surprise there was a sauna and steam room too, this was not listed on the hotel.com site so that was a bonus. Breakfast in the morning, we were always greeted by Josh who always accommodated our dietary need by bringing out veggie sausages, and we had a lovely time talking to him, always happy to see you. The hotel guests were polite and friendly and had plenty of conversations. I will be going back there, the staff were great and that made it an enjoyable stay. One thing i did notice was that the air con was not working in the room, it just blew out air, i forgot to mention it to reception."

"Overall it was lovely but the bed was a double with two singles pushed together and our legs kept slipping in between. Also i know it was a very old building but the floor was very uneven and we felt drunk even though we wasn't which was daunting. "

"I like the fact that the staff are very friendly and they are always around when you need them , they will help you if you need to get some where and are very much update on things to to in Gloucester . These guys work so hard to keep the hotel clean and tidy there always on the go . I won’t be using any where else when I vist Gloucester again will definitely come back here . "
