「Excellent food 」

「We found out quite late we have no hot water. We called the staff who said they'll see what can be done and call us right back. They never called. I the morning, when we asked again for the water to be repaired, they tried a few things and said they should be OK in about 10 minutes. We waited 30. Nothing happened, so we gave up. Also, the closet door was missing a screw and the door came apart. 」

Every Member of staff was exceptionally polite and helpful and made this short break very enjoyable for both of them they were made to feel exceptionally special.. The hotel left a card in my great aunts room wishing her a happy 80th birthday which made her day.
