「Poor value for money There are way better places in Douro Valley at a lower price point. Even after being open more than a year it feels like it still has teething problems. Staff is not trained properly. Very slow service; music playing outside our room from the pool at night; sloppy turndown service (they left the ironing board in the room despite promising to take it away); they put our bags in the wrong room; cigarette burns in the patio furniture; one analogue key instead of digital...

「This is a beautiful property right on the Douro river. The rooms are very modern and clean and have balconies that overlook the river and vineyards. The staff is so good and want to help anyway they can. We are finding that helpfulness is a Portuguese trait, they are born that way. There is free parking, free EV Charging, a free tour of the wine process and free treats. The location is great for exploring the Douro valley. I recommend visiting Regua and if you are a good driver take a ride up...

「Godim鉄道駅に近いが、運行本数が少ないため、Regua駅で乗降車した。同駅からはドウロ河沿いに歩いて少なくとも30分はかかった。辺りは住宅街で、近くに大型スーパーが2軒も存在するため、買い物には便利。ホテルから北に20分程登ったところにブドウ畑が広がっている。部屋は清潔。私の部屋からドウロ河の眺めが良かった。窓には防音対策がなされている。ただ部屋の壁は十分に厚いとは言えない。隣の部屋から話し声が聞こえて来た。とは言え、コストパフォーマンスは非常に良い。」
