「Katarina was wonderful! She made check in easy and welcoming and even helped to get our luggage out of the car, up stairs and right to our room door. We were then given information on restaurants, vineyards for tours and tasting, information on breakfast…. We could not ask for more ! Breakfast buffet was excellent! However a major road was closed nearbtge hotel and we were not warned about his in any way and when we encountered it we were directed to a different route by the police which was the scariest route I have taken in my life of 45 mins of pure hell and my husband is a very confident driver.
