「Lucca and Lulu went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. Lucca offered to give us a ride to the airport at the last minute when we asked for help since we cannot book an Uber. We arrived at the train station just in time to catch our train to Malpensa airport. Excellent customer service. 」

Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! 」
