"Simple appartment in a block of flats. The kitchen is small and poorly equipped, given the size of the flat. Be aware that it has no air-conditioning. (We noticed, because it was >33°C outside.) Big rooms, we slept well. No dedicated parking available, so we had to look elsewhere for public parking, which was no big deal, though. Communication with the agency was a disaster. "Owner was very responsive and the listing is spot-on. Plenty of space for our family of 4. Lovely garden, patio and hammock in which to relax. Property is well-equipped and clean. Easy 9 minute walk to downtown Lugano where there is plenty of restaurants and shopping. The property isn’t air conditioned and open windows can lend themselves to a bit of noise from cars passing by, but it’s a lovely property in a great location."

"This place is very close to transit that will take you anywhere in the area. The place has plenty of room for a family of 5 like us. There is a store and cafe right downstairs which is very convenient. The host communicates well and responds quickly. The place was clean. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Lugano. "
