「Although I booked a partial lake view and did not receive that, everything was cool! I was told when I sent a message that it was not guaranteed (which I don’t get it!) but besides that, the hotel check-in was easy, staff was friendly & room was clean (had a few blemish $ however, did not effect me! Also, note; the shower is very small so keep in mind if on the heavy side! It’s just limited space to move around! Not sure how the other showers are but I had room #4 on 1st floor! 「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...

We had dinner on the terrace that was beautifully lit with candles and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and very...

「This hotel is just beautiful and located just steps away from the ferry dock. It is so relaxing and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking Lake Como is worth it alone. It’s an absolute gem.」

「The staff was the friendliest and most accommodating of our whole trip to Italy! The room was so clean and the view of Lake Como from our room was AMAZING. They have an absolutely delicious breakfast every morning and meal options in the evening just in case you don't want to venture out. 100% recommend!」

「The staff went beyond and above to help make our stay and car service successful. Very approachable and welcoming.」
