「Excellent property! Restaurants on site - and convenient to the Mucky Duck ect. Nice rooms - clean. This time we choose beach view and the sunsets were Gorgeous! Pool areas are nice . A little busy the week we went - Outside bars and food make a day at the pool enjoyable. Beach access is right across the st and you can rent chairs and umbrella for $25 A great place to just go and relax. Some days we didn’t even leave . Recommend the Shelling or Dolphin tour with Captiva Cruises as they are...

「The photo on the listing was deceptive in that due to hurricane there’s no longer a view of the beach as shown on the listing. I totally understand that, and I’m glad the dunes are being rebuilt and seeded. But one of the things I was looking forward to was sitting out being able to look out at the ocean.. view that drew my attention was that photo. I would possibly stay there again, but again I think the photo needs to be updated as some people will be very disappointed.」

「Overall it is a nice place and convenient for local travel. I really think the $40 per person per day resort fee is outrageous. A lot of the place is privately owned or under construction. Your resort fee gets you towels and a chair at the beach, access to a small water park. A shuttle and WiFi. It would be more honest to raise the daily rate and drop the fee. One timer for us and can’t recommend it to others. 」
