「The location of the unit was perfect. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets. The check in process was smooth and easy. Plenty of room for everyone and multiple televisions. Our only issue was that the floors were filthy, but they sent someone the next day to clean them. It would also be helpful if there was a luggage cart to bring everything to the room.」

「Great place to celebrate our parents’ 65th. Rosen was extremely helpful when we had requests. The beach view was wonderful. Only negatives would be the stairs - they were quite steep & uneven in height which made it difficult at times - and the walls are a bit thin so crying kids could be heard many times. Overall, a great trip and Captiva never disappoints.」

「The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access. Lots of construction around the parking lot.The porch view was great. Beach access is across the street.」
