食事は色んな種類があり、味も日本人向けだと思います。フルーツ、野菜が沢山あり、ビーガンの方にも向いていると思います。スタッフはとーっても親切でした。

レストランはたくさんあるのですが、自分の好みのものは少なかったです。でもオールインクルーシブなので好みのレストランを中心に食べました。スタッフは皆親切で色々教えてくれます。特にコンシェルジュのCarlosは具合の悪くなった時に、適切に対処してくださり感謝しています。設備は古いところもありますが、スタッフが補ってくれいると感じました。

Buffet food was very good. Lots of variety. Kept food stocked. Loved the Japanese restaurant. The Italian restaurant was ok. None of us liked Seasons restaurant. Hotel is very clean, staff is always seen cleaning. Staff was very friendly and attentive. There was confusion about our yellow wristband (yellow because we booked through Expedia). Front desk said we could have the upgraded alcohol but had two different bars tell us that we were not allowed this upgrade, but the other two bars were fine when we ordered the upgraded alcohol. Checked with front desk after being denied the upgrade and they said we were supposed to have it. They just need to decide and let everyone know! Shout out to Carlos at Bar 6, he's the best! Hotel is nice but there are some deferred maintenance issues and some things are beginning to feel outdated. They defiantly need more loungers on the beach! Worst part of stay was they had one small (maybe 7 people at a time) elevator working. We were there for 9 days and 1 elevator never worked. A second elevator went down on day 2 and never got fixed. I don't know how many rooms this hotel has but there are 8 floors of rooms. We were on floor 6 and our friends on floor 7. I feel its unacceptable to have the elevator down for that long.

There was times where they had no food or just one restaurant open. You have a bar open to drink but nothing to eat. We had to leave the property to eat half the time we stayed. Our friends key wouldnt work , so we had to go to front desk 3 times. After a hour someone finally came up to let us in after we missed our tour. Dont get me wrong its a beautiful place. But it was the same thing everyday with the shows and clubs.

Our room smell like bleach. We got no Shampoo or conditioner in our room. Food was not good. They don’t have enough lawn chairs on the beach. The place is run down and broken elevators.

4th time visiting and came with very high hopes based on previous wonderful experiences. Staff, food and entertainment continue being outstanding. Just 1 elevator working out of 3 causing terrible delays. Not visible option to use stairs. Very disappointing they were charging to reserve the pool beds beside the pool when in the past it was free to use. Now you are required to purchase a 50 dollar bottle of sparkling wine to get one. Pool was ice cold but that is a minor issue compared to the other ones. You have everything to keep being a 5 star plus resort, but if these issues are permanent, we will think twice next time and compare other options.

Clean resort, lots of activities, able to find a beach chairs easily throughout the day, really good food. Enjoyed the tres leches cake.

At check in we were told we would be given an up grade, when in fact the room had only one bed. We specifically stated that we needed 2. No apology, needless to say we were downgraded.

The room was very nice. Half of the staff couldn't speak English so it was difficult at times. The food was AWFUL. For an all inclusive, the food should be its shining feature, but Sandos' food was really bad. Honestly, it was comparable to hospital food. We will never come back! It was NOT CHEAP. We had a king suite on the ocean, so it was $$ Most of the staff were very nice, except for all of their rules! You can't eat this here. You can't bring this there. This is our 3rd all inclusive and we've never been given all of these rules!

When we arrived we did not have a balcony room and I went to the front desk and was told that websites advertise the rooms differently and with their records we do not have a balcony. I asked if we could switch rooms and was told the rooms were full. I was told later by someone different the rooms were not full. There were just many inconsistent answers or parameters regarding the same issues. Overall ( for the price) good trip but just no accomodating misconceptions to improve small fixes that would have made the trip better for the expectations.

When arriving to the hotel we had to get dropped off at the gate due to the guard having a convo with another employee instead of speaking with driver and letting us in. We then had to walk with our luggage all the way up. No one was there to open the door or welcome us in. No one offered to take our bags while we checked in. We then checked in but was given minimal information. The lady did not give us our room number so we went back to figure that out. Buffet was extremely small and limited on options. VERY LITTLE AMOUNT OF HISPANIC FOOD. More desserts than food options at buffet. We went to have dinner at the buffet when there was almost no one in there and our server never came to give us drinks. We walked to the bar and got our own drinks. She finally comes and noticed we already had drinks but never came back to refill our drinks. Servers take forever to come to the table to ask what you want to drink or take your order. Amazing service in habachi and amazing entertainment team. Older gentleman at the front desk was super nice and made sure everyone was aware of the activities and events. Restaurants had very little amount of food options as well.

This is our 7th day at Sandos Cancun - Adults only, we've thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We frequent the Riviera often and have stayed at quite a few resorts both Family and Adults only, so we have a lot of previous experience to draw from. The 6 of us are in agreement that this resort is a solid 4 star. Here is a breakdown of the pros and cons of Sandos Cancun. Pros Staff/service - we have received excellent service from all of the staff. Every bar, restaurant, spa staff and the housekeeping has been consistently good. The staff is friendly and helpful with or without tipping. We do tip but we have observed that the staff provide other non-tipping guests with the same level of service. Room/bed - we are all in a Deluxe Room with a view of the pools, ocean and lagoon. The beds are California Kings and super comfortable. The A/C works great and we've been able to keep the room at the temperature we prefer. One misstep has been the bath towels, they were great the first 3 days but on the 4th day and since we've been given older, scratchy, slightly fraying towels. This has been a small disappointment but not worth complaining about. Room Service - this has been consistently good with a wait time of 30 mins on average, the food shows up cold but still good in flavour and decent portion size (typical of all-inclusive resorts). Location - the location is excellent for the price point. We normally prefer to stay closer to Puerto Morales or Akumal but those locations are a bit mor

It was my first time traveling to Cancun and Sandos resorts was a good choice. The property and rooms were very clean, staff was amazing and friendly (except for two servers). Entertainment group did an amazing job putting on daily shows and parties - I don’t know how they did it but they really worked hard to keep the guests entertained! New Years Eve was very fun and we met some amazing friends!! Food options and quality can be improved. There were a few dishes that might have been dry or just not the freshest. Breakfast and dinner options were ok.

The housekeeping staff was quick and thorough. The restaurant staff was upbeat and sweet, always made sure we were getting the full benefit of the all-inclusive. The pools are amazing, three different levels with the lowest one having the interactive & party activities. The ballroom for the night parties was a bit small, however we made sure to be the life of the party. My fav restaurants were frattinis and st trop. Great experience, would potentially go somewhere that had more night life though.
