I staued here because most hotels wouldn't accommodate the late check in and only stayed for a night. There were signs that the place was a bit run down but the complex its self had nice amenities and pool/beach. For the price you cant go wrong.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Options for food around the location were a bit scarce but I was fine about that. Liked that there was a small very affordable convenience store on location and coin laundry if needed. The restaurant/bar has great staff. If you struggle speaking Spanish they are very accommodating with English. Easy access to a BEAUTIFUL beach. Only there two nights and was sad to go. The room was adorable, showed some wear and mild tear… It felt a bit more relaxed, organic and homey because of that. We had a balcony with ocean view, recommend getting an ocean view! If early riser bring coffee to make- restaurant doesn’t open until 8am (stays open til 11pm) but they have industrial expresso machine and cappuccinos are good!

Reviewing Condo 2306. Great location on the quieter end of the hotel zone. Great pool, great beach, view, restaurant, bar and staff. Condo was pretty clean, floors hadn’t been done. No facecloths until our last day. No closet and not a balcony you can sit outside on, about a foot wide. Basic amenities were fine, beds were comfy. Rain shower with light pressure. If you have long hair like me there’s no washing it! Would stay again as we enjoyed the smaller quieter building compared to the huge resorts down farther. Oxxo across the street. Restaurant and bar were good but pricey. Manned security gate, felt very safe.

Nice room, but not a balcony

Middle ratings because I only stayed one night instead of seven I booked. Could not open sliding door wall as locking mechanism was busted. Renter said she would come the next day and fix but I had to leave immediately next morning due to family emergency back home, thus only one night stay. The description of room when booking said "balcony" but it should be changed as it is not a "balcony." Correct description would be a "Juliette balcony" if you want to use the balcony description. I asked Mary Dana (renter of room) if I could get some refund on account for a future stay since I only spent one night there but paid for seven. I didn't ask for a refund, just credit if I am able to return to Cancun, and she said yes, but I have not seen any confirmation of a credit. This room was nice, except for the Sliding door wall unable to open and the balcony description when booking.

We dont recommend, spend your money somewhere else. Pay the price for a better hotel. Staff at dining tried charging us multiple times, pool time was overly restricted with access. If you wanna be under impressed and catfished, this is your place

The property is on the hotel area so it is easy to move around. The properly looks old and no well maintained, you cannot swin on its beach,, thus is open ocean.

Hello. Indeed staying here was great, what you see in the pictures is what you get. We got checked in at the security gate, someone came to let us in to the building and everything was great, view was great, beach was so much better than Playa del Carmen, was just perfect. I hope to some back and keep enjoying Cancun.
