We loved everything about this hotel! The staff is friendly, the hotel is brand new, the river view is amazing, great parking, easy access, safe area, buffet breakfasts are incredible, dinner on the pier is fantastic and the rooms are beautiful. We will be back.

Overall hotel is outstanding, impeccable service. The SPA was amazing. For this winter season, they should provide fire pits for the guests and some wine tasting activities.

Excellent room, very good breakfast

Wonderful stay. Stunning property, fabulous views, food was excellent, boat ride in our the Douro magical. Service could have been better - they were not as attentive as I would have liked to see for a property of this caliber.

Hotel Jaguar was a nice new property. The staff was great! Extremely helpful and informative. They offer a city tour which was a really nice touch and a hotel shuttle included in your stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location, friendly staff and great vibe from the rooftop bar. We loved our stay!

A

We are very pleased with our stay in this aparto hotel, excellent hospitality and customer service. Spacious studio with a terrace and a very nice city view. They pay attention to details. We came to Porto to celebrate my birthday and the staff sent me a card with my name on it and chocolates! What a beautiful surprise! Thank you for making my day very special!

My husband and I stayed there for our 2nd anniversary after a few days on the Porto side as we were touring a few port lodges. I can't say better things about this hotel - the people (especially Tiago) were warm and friendly, and they event treated us to complimentary drinks at the bar since our room wasn't ready upon arrival. From the tour of the onsite wine collection (largest collection of Portugese wine in the world!), to the infinity pool, to the Michelin-starred restaurant ("The...

The staff was exceptionally nice, perfect location. Everything in Porto was a 10-15 minute walk. Quiet at night in our room. The shower has amazing water pressure. Will be back when in Porto.

The rooms were lovely, staff friendly and helpful. Rafaela made excellent recommendations for dinner and offered to make reservations. The breakfast buffet was included and delicious. We loved walking everywhere

Adoramos o hotel. Muito limpo, tudo novinho e apesar do nosso quarto ter ficado de frente a pista não teve absolutamente nenhum barulho. A noite foi maravilhosa.

Close to bus/train station. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. About 25 minute comfortable walk to historic Port.

We loved our three night stay at Memoria Porto. The staff treated us like royalty and our room overlooked the Douro River. One tip, we can offer is to take the # 500 bus to the coast and pay a lot less for authentic Portugese food, wine, and beer. We will definitely be back. The morning breakfast was filling and delightful.

Brand new hotel, we really liked it. Staff was helpful and accommodating, good location - a few minutes walk to the center of town and the historic area, a block or two further than the NH collection hotel. Nice breakfast which was a nice way to start the morning with a selection of both hot and cold dishes and coffee. We would definitely recommend staying at the NH porto jardim.

Staff was very friendly and helpful re restaurant suggestions. Shuttle picked us up at car rental location, saved us a cab ride!

We like this hotel. It's located outside of the super busy and congested areas of old town, but it's still accessible by Metro (the station is across the street) or a cheap BOLT ride. The streets are FLAT! It's a 20 minute walk to old town with interesting architecture and shops along the way. We got upgraded to a bigger room with a king bed and patio (on ground floor, balconies on upper floors). There's that gray wall that others have complained about, but there are nice shrubs in front of the...
